If you want to find snow and ice, you’ve got to head north. So, I will ski, sled, or skate in every state that is partially or fully north of the 45th parallel, the halfway point between the Equator and the North Pole. That’s 15 states for those counting at home.
If going north isn’t an option, you can go up. As a bonus I’ll throw in some unique mountain ranges.
