If you want to find snow and ice, you’ve got to head north. So I’m going ski, sled, and skate my way in every state that is either partially or fully north of the 45th parallel, the halfway point between the Equator and the North Pole. That’s 15 states for those counting at home.
If going north isn’t an option, you can also go up. As a bonus I’ll throw in a variety of unique mountain ranges.
